Version Changes

1. Stable Russian release of Joomla! 10.0.13 with the upgraded files allows you redesign a Page Title yourself or use a template from the Global Configuration. It means that now you have full control over Page Title tag content that is very important for site Search Engine Optimization. The Joom.ru Russian team developers have already set the Russian extension type. In this configuration, you can completely change Page Title tag on Joomla! pages and in links to tables and blocks. The developers constantly improve SEO characteristics that we describe on our website.

2. For Page Title, H2 tag will be used, but for Site Title can be used H1 tag as you will see in a sample design that is used by default. Thus, developers have resolved one important problem that Joomla! always had: it was impossible to use HTML heading tags in text. This made SEO characteristics weaker especially if you used your own template and assigned the first level heading H1 to a Site Title. You can find the example in the default template.

3. One Joomla bug has been fixed. It appeared in this Joomla! version and sometimes in the adminsite. After double-click on any links or button, the system automatically shut down. The bugs in the Virtuemart Internet shop were caused by the same thing: a user after attempting to get into the component section got an authorization form instead.

Installation

The installation is the same with CMS Joomla!. The only difference is that after installation you will get a website with installed and ready for work extensions which I describe above.

After the installation, rename htaccess.txt file into .htaccess (the name starts with a dot(.)).

I always accept suggestions for further improvements of this CEO version, which is suitable for any website. Please, do not write to me something like: “Include our store or forum into the version”. These extensions can be included, but not everybody needs them on their website.
