Когда я подменяю index.php на англ. версию перестает работать сайтю(выдает белую страницу.) В чем может быть причина?

смотрите логи ошибок сервера, там по идее описана ошибка должна быть...

Может посоветуешь другой мост, который не требует изменения index.php?

я перестал давно работать с SMF - мне нравится классический Fireboard, хороший форум - ничего лишнего... глюков примерно столько же сколько и с cva/// вобщем - кому что больше нравится. Может кто посоветует решение получше... А так - просто смотреть надо ошибки сервера и фиксить...
