Мне больше всего нравится JoomlaCloner (com_cloner1.9.2) для версии Joomla 1.0.х. Поищите, его не сложно найти - http://www.google.ru/search?q=com_cloner1.9.2.

особых условий установки не потребуется для версии 1.0.15-seo ? встанет ровно?

Эта Joomla такая-же как и обычная, только с расширениями для SEO оптимизации и рекламы сайта. На нее все становится так же хорошо и примерно с таким же количеством глюков как и на другие дужмлы
